Personal data
Privacy policy
This page explains how OrderMart handles information submitted through the contact form.
Data controller
The data controller is OrderMart SASU (company name and legal form provided but to be confirmed against official documents), which can be contacted at contact@ordermart.eu. Registered office: to be completed. For personal data enquiries, contact contact@ordermart.eu.
Data and purpose
The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and a description of your needs. Company name, EU VAT number and telephone number are optional. The website is static and has no application server of its own. The form provider may process technical data needed for security and spam prevention.
This information is used only to review a contact, quote or partnership enquiry and reply to the person who submitted it. It is not used to create a marketing campaign from the form.
Legal basis and consent
The form currently includes an unticked consent box that is required before submission. OrderMart must confirm the legal basis that applies to requests for quotes or information. Depending on the enquiry, a quote request may relate to pre-contractual steps taken at the person's request; the checkbox and related information should be updated once this has been confirmed. Optional fields may be left blank.
If consent is used as the legal basis, it may be withdrawn at any time by emailing contact@ordermart.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Recipients and international transfers
Enquiry data is available to authorised OrderMart personnel so they can respond. Web3Forms transmits the message to contact@ordermart.eu. Web3Forms states that it uses servers in the United States (US-East region) and does not store submissions, although technical logs containing personal data may be retained.
OrderMart must check the provider's terms, including safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area, and update this information where necessary. The website is hosted as a static site on Cloudflare Pages.
Retention period
OrderMart must determine how long it keeps enquiries and the emails received: period to be confirmed. Web3Forms states that it periodically deletes technical logs, no later than every two months. Any technical logs kept by the hosting provider also need to be checked.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by applicable regulations, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
To exercise your rights, email contact@ordermart.eu and explain your request. Find out more about data protection rights on the CNIL website.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not add advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Cloudflare may process technical logs needed to deliver and secure the website; their scope and retention period need to be confirmed before publication.
